Anti Alisiing screwed up

There was no need to bump after a few minutes, in future use the Edit button.

As for your problem does your graphics card have anti-aliasing support? Just turn it off to get it back to normal.

If you're unable to turn it off because it's stuck like that then delete the file called "gta_sa.set" in My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\

This is the file that stores all your settings for San Andreas, so once deleted you will have to change all the options from default to whatever you changed them to (if you did change them) and reconfigure any controls you changed.
