SA DirectX 2.0 cut scene and interior bug

I downgraded my GTA SA and then installed SA Directx 2.0, When ever I see a cut scene or go inside it looks like this and because of it I cant load any saves

same problem here how to fix it?

Go into the Root Folder(main game folder) of GTA san andreas, then click the search bar, Type in "SalodLights.ini" click it & delete every line underneath [DrawDistanceChanger]

EDIT:  OK! First, go into the root of your GTA San Andreas folder(main game folder) then click the search bar within the root, Type "SalodLights.ini" click it & within the notepad find [DrawDistanceChanger] Right beneath should be "Enable=1" Change tht one to a 0 & save!
