Nick45
I am looking for software for my website. I need to track what users do on my site, where they go, how often they scroll up and down the page, and what content they linger on. Do you know who provides these services? Or maybe I can record the session myself?
Wilsontis
The term "web site visitor tracking" can mean tracking visitor behavior on a site: where people click, how long they spend on certain pages, and how that behavior differs by user type, demographic, link source and other user attributes. Bernard_
You need to know how to properly collect and use data about user actions on your site. It often happens that users click on some elements that are not clickable on your site, which means that users want to see them as such. It might be worth considering using this fact. Wilsontis
I think it's best to use video session recordings from Creabl https://creabl.com/service/session-recording. It is a visualization of the actual user interaction taking place on your website. For example, clicks, touches and scrolls. You can review them to see how people actually interact with different pages during their journey to purchase. All this really gives great results. Yesenia
I followed your link to an interesting server, it's good that they came up with a program that tracks visitors. I created the site three months ago and launched it through advertising, but it only shows the number of visitors, but what they are interested in and where they most often go is not shown. I'll try to contact this server, if it's really like they write, then I'll be glad to cooperate with them.
woziAT Posted yesterday at 10:02 AM Share Posted yesterday at 10:02 AM Well, what do you want, because users of mobile applications are fickle, unpredictable creatures. They leave the application because of the slightest problems, interact with it in completely unpredictable ways, and their mood changes several times a day.
