I was SOOOO looking forward to finally getting up to the observatory((after four years of not being able to get up there))..... Had a USB controller, couldn't get it to work properly, gave up and returned it. The observatory in Liberty City. Something I tryed to get to is on the first island were that mafia dude lives. his masnsion were the ocean is . theres this light tower on a small island. tryed numerous times to fly the dodo to it but I can only fly that dang thing like for like 30 sec.
