I don't remember what the mission was called but you chase someone(forgot who) through mad-doggs? mansion, then you jump in a Windsor to chase him and take him out. Whar car was He driving ?? The first car that I see when I started the game after asking for help is.... Phoenix, and that was what I were looking for. THX anyway guys ! Hold on, was it the one where the guy drives away in a Sabra? If so, then that makes sense, it is a great car but not seen in-game. Except for in that mission of course. I see it around mostly in San Fierro but yeah, the car you're chasing that drug dealer with is the Windsor and the car the drug dealer has is a Phoenix.
