what is ... in vehicle... special control up, down, left, right?

Does anyone just have a complete list of how to set each action so it controls just as in the console? I'm not sure what a lot of these options are for...

I got the camera control working on foot but not inside a vehicle also how can i make myself jump on a bike? i dont see an option for that

I installed the "Advance controls" but I can't figure out some things... such as how to make the right analog stick the camera control...
