Use Fraps. 1.9d is the one i use, since it doesn't apply watermarks, thats a good program. I don't know what to suggest for editing, epnds on your budget (if you are actually willing to pay or not?) the more you pay the more you get, un less you go illegal

could somebody help me please, i want to make a video but i dont know whatkind of program should i use to get it right .

is there a program what could RIP gamevideos (like GameCam), but not the GameCam.

yea.....there is no other way.........try reinstalling

its not helping ... i have the same problem ...

By deleteing it says: Dir file error! It might be in use.. exiting ...

By replaceing it says: File access denied!

i made backups and reinstalled vice and IMGtool ... but nothing ... the same problem ...

a few month ago it worked perfectly ... i even made a "Vice Nudge City" backage ...

and now im updating it to "Vice Nudge City v.2" but i cant put them into the game to see if its working without problems ...

PLEASE HELP ME ... FOR THE NEXT NUDGE GENERATION ...
