Urm i have GTA san andreas for ps2 how do i get modifycations onto my ps2 gta ???

i need a step by step guide on how to get diff cars on my san andreas do i need to download any softwear and what do i do i see all these mod things like new cars and islands and stuff like tht but how do i get it on my ps2 game ?? please help!
