Packer mod so i can tow cars. O and a grage/hangar mod to save helicopters.

Can anyone tell me where to get, make, or can make me a packer mod to move cars around. I like to move my cars after i save them to grages all around and like to save the valuables in the marina grage mod like a big car complex.

Also does anyone know if the can make somemod so u can save helicopters? Or know how to save them in a garage?
