Expiriment Kow

So, I took the NPC model of the girl with the Roller skates and set it as the cop model by extracting and replacing. I took her original skin and modified it and made a TXD, but now in-game the skin doesn't show up. Any ideas on how to fix it or will I be stuck having to use the default skin?
