hey I recently wanted to start playing VC again. but everytime I try to delete a file with IMG tool to replace it, it says. "DIR file error! It might be in use..exiting" anyone know what the problem is here?

I used to play vice city, and I would use GTA mod installer. but now I have SA. and am wondering if "GTA mod installer" will support SA, or if it is just VC and GTA3 if not, is there any other programming that can install car mods so I won't have to manually redo the handling, and all that other jazz? I know the guide that tells me how to do it manually, but I am wondering if there is a automatic installer. all help appreciated. ;} update: I just now found SAMI. is this just what I am looking for, or is it more reliable to do it all manually?
