Tank you,but is there something to do to hrlicopter spawn?

Hi,i am new here. Can you tell me what to do to fly in police maverick? I was heard from some people to ‚helicopter is on top of the police station in Los Santos and it spawn there at time on time.Many times i was trying to wait there,but nothing.I know to need to something to Maverick spawn on the top.What to do? If is true to Maverick spawn at time on time, when to look on top? I have GTA San Andreas for PC. P.S. Sorry on my english.
