Healed

I'm sure many of you heard about the Lucky Star Mod for GTA:SA. Sp, I pretty much found it. However, it's all in Japanese, including the readmes. The files are not compatible with SAMI nor with the IMG Tool, depsite all the files being in .txd or .dff formats. Those files can be found here. So, could anyone help me with installing these? Please?
