Reinstalled the game and no change.It's fine when your driving but annoying when on foot as the view doesn't stay behind cj

I used the downgrader to change to version 1.00 and then installed some vehicle mods,now the view behind cj when he is on foot is fixed and in water cj can't move at all.Any help thanks
