If it's caused by a data glitch, the de-frag will over write the old file. I've had a couple times that Windows found the old file & re-used it instead of installing the new file. I did what you said, but he still wants to run. In fact, I disconnected my mouse and keyboard completely and he still ran.

Thanks! It does not happen in other games, but I'll try to to a re-install/de-frag/driver install.

I installed the PC version and when I get to the game screen, all Carl wants to do is run. I can't stop him. Also, I try to change camera views (v right?) and it just makes a sound, but doesn't give you a new view. It's almost like alot of the controls don't want to function. I'm using a mouse and keyboard.
