nope, its version 3.0 i just bought the GTA complete package (GTA 3,VC,SA) and it will crash when using a trainer, if you try to install a car it wont open. ive heard some people got SAMP to work but i dont know how well if you buy it maybe try going into steam and before it downloads right click it in the steam games menu and turn off the automatic updating, but i cant confirm it. looks like either people will have to find a way to mod 3.0 or downgrade somehow.
