Do I have to move the folder with the mod into the models folder with the fronten files, or every individual fronten file in the mod folder?

Don't screw the file, just copy the "fronten" files to models folder and start the game.

The fronten files are already in the models folder, i'm trying to apply the 20x Street Backgrounds mod.

I think the fronten1.txd is in your models folder, not in the gta3.img, just check if it's there, I'm not sure; haven't played VC in some time.

I found it, how do I edit it?

Open the file with WinRAR or w/e and you'll find some numbers and click on one of the numbers and the file you have to replace, extract the mod file to anywhere, then open up IMG Tool and find the file that you need to replace and click on Edit -> Replace and find the mod file and keep on doing that until you have replaced all the original files.

I found a file in the folders called fronten1.txd, but i can't find the original in IMG Tool.

I don't know how to install this mod. I have the IMG Tool, but I don't know how to install the mod with it.
