is there a way to stop some objects like trees from popping up from nowhere?

I installed the mod that removes the fog and lets you see really far. The only problem is that now I can see the really blurry textures from far away. When I get close to them they go higher res as they should. Is there a way to modify the game so that all of the textures would be in focus all the time?
