Is it just me or is vice city more picky than san andreas, i downloaded the gta vice city ultimate trainer and it won't work if so so as change a little thing in the game. Like i updated to 1.1 and it stopped working or if i installed a blood mod it would stop working, anyone else having problems with the trainer.

There is a program that can mod the water level height in gta san andreas but i can't get it working, tried putting it in the directory and when i change the water level it sometimes freezes san andreas.
