I used to play vice city on a amd athlon 1900+? think it was 1600Ghz anyways i bought a new computer 2.21Ghz 4200+ and now when i play vice city it plays fast and it skips from normal to fast when you walk around the city or drive is thier a way to have it so its normal speed?
