When i undo mod everything works and the bike comes back to original, when i do the mod the game loads halfway and it crashe's ??

Hi i am using San Andreas Mod Installer to install my mods and i am trying to add a bike that i want to replace and i do and it sais it was sucsessfull but when it loads the game it freeze's halfway and turns the program off URGENT HELP PLEASE
