I've been looking for something that allows me to hear the normal radio in police cars, ambulances, firetrucks, and the like. It would make completing their side-missions much more palatable, but I haven't found anything out there that does it. I can't find any obvious code flags that turn this function on or off, either.
Is there something out there to do this? I searched a fair bit, but searching for anything remotely like "GTA" and "radio" just produces a lot of links for extracted sound files.
