ok i got the img tool and tried opening a download for some new shoes but all it said was unable to find DIR file! what does this mean

if you're still on that mission use the broadway or tahoma they are easier to control and get your driving skill up more to improve the handeling. oh and buy a joypad for the pc its much easier with one.

I just bought gta san andreas last week for the pc. ive seen all the downloads and mods for it and i want to download some and put them in the game. i downloaded a few off www.gtagarage.com but i dont have the slightest clue what to do now. the readme files aren't exactly helpful. please help me out!!
