if you get a chopper and count the rows of windows, on the 234th row you should see a ledge, if you go on the ledge the 3rd window on the east side (from left to right), you can go though it. there is a man in there that has likenesses to osama bin laden however he also looks like a cross with jacob.

I think i also found this strange man is very hard tho
