no i installed straight fro the origional dvd rom

no i haven't done any mods at all

in my game sometimes my audio gets messed up as described in the list of things the patch fixes but when i try to install the patch it comes up with an error that says "old file not found however a file of the same name was found no update done sense file contents do not match.
