Mission Coding in GTAVC Modding Posted April 10, 2004 I am using Vice Builder v 1.3. I want to get a splash screen to appear, but the only opcode that looks like it would do anything is: 044D: load_splash "INTRO1" ... and that doesn't do anything . Please help.
