A Good Tool to use to add new vehicles is San Andreas Mod Installer 1.1, which links here

I found that the Wayfarer didn't install...
I opened the vehicles.vcl that the program uses. It's in the db folder. I found that it read "wayfarer wayfarer," - but when I changed it to read "wayfarer, wayfarer," it worked well.
I haven't used it for anything other than vehicles, yet.
