I have tried starting a new game but with no luck. You mention 'resetting' the game - could you give me some instructions on how to do that. Many thanks

I think you are meant to press the left bumper button to pick up items - I have done this many times in many different situations by never managed to pick anything up. Am I doing something wrong?
