hey, guys yesterday i posted a topic here, which was about the dat. files, i installed car mods today, but it also displayed .. CANNOT OPEN gta.img FILE, i don't know why.! it seems everyone's vcm manager works well, but how come my vcm. sucks! could anyone kindly help me with this?? i really appereciate u guys help!!!

'oh, god...!! i just install the vcm manager. when i install car mods, and it appeared like ... Installing... Checking file flags... Loading Script... Processing commands... config_editconfig( \data\default.dat, MODELFILE MODELS\GENERIC\wheels.dff, MODELFILE MODELS\GENERIC\nowheel.DFF, 2 ); FATAL - Cannot open file C:\Program Files\GTARockstar\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\data\default.dat- Installation will now halt. Generating Uninstall Info... All Done But, i've checked the properties of the VC folder, it's not read only.. how come it cannot open the file??? i stuck here for 24hrs,, could anyone help me with this?
