[HELP]

hey, guys

yesterday i posted a topic here, which was about the dat. files,

i installed car mods today, but it also displayed ..

CANNOT OPEN gta.img FILE,

i don't know why.!

it seems everyone's vcm manager works well, but how come my vcm. sucks!

could anyone kindly help me with this??

But, i've checked the properties of the VC folder, it's not read only..

how come it cannot open the file???

i stuck here for 24hrs,, could anyone help me with this?
