[pole position]

ok, so i was wondering if there is a place like the pole positions "back room" in SA

ok so in regular vice city there was a back room in the pole position. in vcs the pole posotion isnt even open. does anyone know if there is any place similar to what was in the original VC

does anyone know if anything ever happens in that random buliding at the very north end of the first island. and where if you fly a helicopter up you can see inside and it looks all colorful and nice. what is in there/ is it possible to get in there? or what is in there
