when i open the read me on my disc of gta sa it says version 2.00 and when i open up my readme in program files it says version 1.00 and it plays fine but i cant mod games or play sa-mp or anything

i am the only person using my computer so i dont know what you mean by accounts or anything, and posted the first post a few days ago, i just thought people would know what to do. plus i really want to add mods

just a couple of instances where the grove boys are actign strange on a couple of occasions there has been a ballas driving a car and a grove st gang meber in the passenger seat one time bashed the hood in with a baseball bat and they both got out and started shooting at me and another occasion the same thing happened but the ballas gang member got out and started punching me and then the grove st og got out and started shooting the ballas gang member p.s ive taken over the majority of los santos but theres still a couple of areas to be taken over also on a couple of occasions when theres been no prosttitutes or other woman apart from the hunchback old lady the grove st boys still call out out to the old lady with "look at that hot bitch", "nice piec of hoochy ass" and i like the junk in your trunk"

i was wondering if anyone can create a joker skin from the dark knight, because evrytime im ruynning around with a the missile launcher thing blowing up cars or if ive got the remote mines it feels like cj is the joker
