Alright so im in the process of retexturing a crown vic sheriffs car to a NJ State Police car for SA. Now bear with me because im pretty new at modding in gta so.. Now the skins are done for the most part. What im trying to accomplish but have no idea where to start:
1. Low profile LED Light bar on top of car to replace current one
2. In back window trying to add another LED Light bar that usualy emits the orange lights during traffic stops
3 Red and Blue lights in front grill
4. Red and Blue LED lights in front window
5. On front bumper, the grill guard or push bar seen on most new cruisers.
Also how do you change the textures on the wheels? Is it just in the TXD file? Any help in how i can accomplish all this stuff would be greatly apprieciated.
