Someone help me plz.... i cant figure out how to download music to my game....

[Night Vision Goggles/Thermal Goggles]

I've searched this and found several places where it might be, but half of them are false.

Any suggestions to where they are? (Preferably the Night Vision Goggles.)

there are some infered gogles in the military base, if you walk into the base threw the small (doorway enterance), you run right and follow the fence all the way 2 the corner, then you run down the next wall, till you come to what looks like a control tower, (it has blue-green) glow to it. its about mid way down the wall.
