I like the effect that the GHOSTTOWN cheat has -- reduced traffic on the streets. But I play GTA through my TV and I use a playstation controller and I really don't enjoy having to type in GHOSTTOWN every time I play (or again every time I die, since the traffic resets itself).
I've used the empty streets mod before, and I find it to be too lonely. I enjoy seeing another car on the road every once in a while, but I can't stand the heavy traffic that normal gameplay offers.
How can I go about modding the game so that it's in a constantly reduced traffic mode?
