Vic is awesome, one of the main reasons I love VCS so much is because of him. Him and CJ take the cake for me, I like their emotion and how they care about others. I hate Tommy because of his annoying attitude.
Yeah. Victor Vance is quite kind-hearted in this game. His attitude is so cool in VCS. Him being in love with Louise is a good addition to the story.... unlike Vercetti's attitude in VC.

The easter egg which was near the VCN building exists in the PS2 version of VCS.

The Vance Crime Family, you get a Sabre Turbo once you get the Smuggling Business Empire. The car looks are great, and it sounds great.
BTW, here are the cars you get from each empire:
Protection Racket: Idaho
Loan Shark: Admiral
Prostitution: Polaris V8
Drugs: Stallion
Smuggling: Sabre Turbo
Robbery: Landstalker
These all become bulletproof once you own all 30 sites.
On the Drugs business you may also find a Virgo parked with or without the Stallion. Though it spawns seldom.

I think you mean the Sabre Turbo. It has random different colors so that really isn't clear what you're saying but it is a good getaway car especially when it's bullet-proof after the take over of all 30 Empires.

Meh. I wouldn't consider the PCJ-600 a good getaway car... err... bike. It's fast and agile. Yet it also has a bad turn radius when negotiating with curves on high speeds. Plus, you have a possibility to fall off the bike.

Maybe you're talking about the Mendez building. No, it's not accesible by any means.
If not the Mendez building, there is this building which has a chopper on top. It has "transparent" windows and you can see colorful stuff inside. Though I don't know about these things inside that building.
These two buildings are found in Downtown.

i finished the last mission today...i found it really easy, for a last mission. then again the last mission in vice city was really easy as well.
ive got 40+ %, i honestly cant be stuffed doing vigilante, paramedic, firefighter missions and shooting all balloons bla bla bla, so i play multiplayer with friends sometimes, i should try get all the empire sites.
Same with mine. Though I'm also dedicated to blowing those balloons. (which I already blew...

Well, you might be talking about the STRETCH.
There are two locations where you can find it:
First one is on Ocean Beach, across the street near the Pay N' Spray store. If you couldn't recall, it's the last location you'll be spawned after you finish the mission "Accidents Will Happen" (where you're driving a red Infernus for Reni Wassulmaier).
The other is on a hotel ramp near the Vice Point Mall. Just drive on the most far-righted road (if facing North) and look on the ramps of buildings. Then you'll notice a ramp with a side grill. There you'll find a stretch. Also you'll find there an armor suit.

Sunshine Autos is already open for business in 1984. Though it's the old store that is open. And like they said, it's quite connected to the trailer park.

idk about any of u but i'd rather have it portable than being stuck by any power source....
I have PSP, I haven't encountered any bugs with it at all.
You'd better get a PSP game rather than sucking your electric bill with a PS2. After all, it's just the draw distance changed. All is the same. And you'll save money, too.

At my part, I think Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories is a great game. But, like what other people here at our country said, the game actually wasted bytes on memory.
But, IMO, it didn't wasted spaces... except for the beaches and some lots near Viceport.
But I still say LCS was better than VCS (much superior... except for graphics).

Lol. I also hated that mission.
But the mission I hate most is the one where you must use the
Domestobot to manuever the robot to the kitchen area and enter a bdoor leading to the basement then use the COMMS arm to detect the very large safe and type the code 4238, 2348, whatever....

I'm just having this irritating (and annoying, for the sake of vocabulary) problem with VCS.
I have experienced lags since after I defeated Diego Mendez, I can't run using my analog stick as means of moving. I also have this gigantic problem with the radio stations. They DON'T work! I'm ashamed. I might downloaded a corrupt/incomplete version of VCS. HEEEEEELP!
