Hello little help here.AM I BEING AGNORED?!?!?

I am trying to install the mod,put it in the game.

FINE!Even doing that I cant get past that,I cant get the mods in and even if I do it will say "VCMM is out of date or the connection was lost please install an updated version"But there arent any that is the only version.

I have more mods but they wouldnt show up.And besides I have to install the DMagic1 wheel mod or itll crash please resond ASAP!

When Im finaly get the VCMM work when I try to install the mod it says there is a broken link or I have to download a updated version of it.But there arent any!HHHEEEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry Im still stuck on how to make mods,do you know how?
