[Screen problem.]

I honesltky dunno WTF is happening...

I played for a few time and i was bored... i unistall it.. And now i has installed again and i get that.....

I can start GTA vice city (CD) but then by loading and playing i get this(see picture). ( By taking a screenshot (prt scrn) it is normal )

I made this picture by mobile.

How can i fix that..?
