Nope, the game never did install, the only progress is that Social Club installs. I get directed to that message every time. I uninstalled/reinstalled 3 times, same thing every time. Game: Grand theft auto IV

I'm using the classic theme (I'm a resource freak). I'm on Vista Home Premium, SP1.

Hey guys, I'm looking for some help here. My computer exceeds the recommended requirements for the game, however, I install the Rockstar Games Social Club, then I get some more loading, I screenshotted the "error" that I get. I clicked on the Microsoft banner below but nothing would launch. So I thought it could possibly be my Framework that was out of date, I updated that and I got the same message. The copy is legal, bought it today. Thanks', any help is greatly appreciated.
