it says there is an error and then they ask if i wonne report the error or if i dont wonne report or if i wonne search the error

every time when i downloaded a save game from here and i wonne open it there comes a error message and i know that i place the document on the right place even i set my own save on a other place there comes a error what i must do?? i got v1.0 and v1.1
