Hi, I downloaded a neon light mod for san andreas. I replaced the shadcar in the particle.txd file and saved it. But still no neon lights:( What els do I have to do? Tried with several diffrent noen.bmp textures but non seem to work. I thought perhaps it only works at night so I wait but still nothing.
