help me Had the same problem and now my files wont load up please help me ive checked were they r and there in the saved files but it still says theres a problem HELP!

Hey guys Ive got GTA IV but the really anoying thing is ive lost my save file (because it went somewere and is long gone) so my m8 gave me his but wen i go to load it up it says..... 'Unable to load, Check hard dive and try again' Any ideas people on how I can get around it cuz its really bugging me y it wont let me load it up
