Hey hey, I'm new, I post a IGN also, and a couple other places sometimes.

[What are the general skills or tools needed...]

I don't know a ton about computers and stuff, but I'm a fairly intelligent person, I was wondering what are the programs I need to make car mods for VC? Also do I need to have extensive programming knowledge?
