[How can i make Characters?]

Hello to all.

Ok i was just wondering how to make fully characters, the skins and everything. I got expepience with Graphic arts so im intrested on trying this out.

Oh thats easy dude just go into a paint program find your gta 3 Skins folder Make a copy of player.bmp and just edit the player.bmp in your program done!

God theres all these codes and everything and when i do put in the right code my GTA3 gets an error and it crashes it total bullshit,
