I used IMG Tool to replace the coast guard boat with with san andreas one i downloaded, and in the game when i came upon it, i was still the old one but pure white?????

To install cars usually i would use Gta Mod Installer, But it dosent work with boats, planes, or helicopters, i have no idea why. Can you pleaseleave a detailed message on how to do this, dont giveme a hard time just doit. Thankx
