Hello. Ok, so my problem is in the game. My Vice City works fine for at least 30 minutes before it starts to speed up and slow back down. Its like a lag spike, goes fast and slows down. My character runs normally, but after the 30 minutes or so, he starts to run really fast and than slows down. Why? Oh and I run the game off of the GTA vice Ultimate trainer.
