Ok I have tried 4 times to get a mod working, I have looked at and tried 3 different file editing tutorials

PLEASE link me for a magic IV for v1.3.0 ! And if possible a trainer that has god mode and a basic car spawner..

hey I am running 800x600 resolution, getting average of 23fps.

I have all visual specs on min,

30 view distance

30 detail distance

14 car density

0 shadow density.

I am using a pc with

2.6ghx dual core amp cpu

512mb nvidia 8500GT

5.5gb ddr2 ram.

Windows vista ultimate 64bit

What can I do to get more fps (preferably 30+)

I have gone to nvidia control panel and made the max pre-rendered frames 8.
