Probably your graphic's driver may do this. Try to install other drivers [ I'm not sure this may work for you ] I have installed the newest graphics drivers

I have a geforce fx 5500 I have the enb series inserted into the game When i press (shift+f12) the reflection is a still reflection and the water is a sheat of white plz help me?
