So I just got GTA:SA to work on my computer. It runs smoothly and clean without any problems.
So then I say: "Why not mod it"
Brings me back lots of memories when I used to mod GTA:SA on my old xp computer.
I downloaded SAMI, but every time it's launched it clearly says"You do not currently have Microsoft .NET Framework v1.1 installed. In order to use SAMI, you must install that first."
Problem is that I had .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 pre-installed, that didn't work, so I downloaded .NET Framework v4 BETA, yet that didn't work as well.
I hear that most mod installers only work for xp.
Here are some specs:
