unplugging the joystick worked perfectly, thanks for the help

I need some help with the camera, whenever i am aiming a gun or driving a vehicle it begins turning right and i cant seem to stop it. So obviously i cant realy play the game properly when i cant aim or drive a car without fighting the camera. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
